The Sedona Tour:
The next generation of exploratory and artistic bass music has collected to bring forth an experience unlike many others witnessed before. After a coveted invitation to debut Sedona at Tipper & Friends in New Orleans this January, Benji Robot delivered a set full of unreleased downtempo music that left the previously unfamiliar audience both confused and in awe, as many had never heard anything like it. Momentum for the project has since gained tremendously, and people have expressed a lot of interest for more.
With the Sedona Spring 2020 Tour, Benji Robot, Mindtality, and Relativity Lounge hope to push the boundaries of artistic expression through magnificent, yet modest displays of sound and light. It is our hope to help create a string of events that not only appeal to the people, but leave audiences forever changed as we tie the knot between art and sound along with powerful and creative spins on installations and visual arts alike.
New Jersey’s Mindtality has been inspiring the art and culture of the east coast bass scene ever since his debut in 2018. His newest EP ‘Refrakted’ will be released through Additech Records this spring. In Chicago, and the name Relativity Lounge has suddenly been on all the heads radars with his latest original ‘Tasty Morels’ mix and appearing on some serious local lineups. Look out for future releases from him this spring as well! Benji Robot’s ‘Sedona’ LP debuts on Feb. 2 through Mean Mug Music.
A multi-instrumentalist, hailing from Chicago, Jack Jamison has always had a knack for all things rhythmic. However, it was not until 2016 when he opened up a strange program called “Ableton” that his true calling was found, and his brainchild “Relativity Lounge” was formed. Performing all original sets and combining elements from a broad range of genres including glitch/idm, house, and dubstep, the Relativity Lounge project puts a sole focus on high quality, beat driven music
